Delete your Naptar account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app in a few steps.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the Naptar app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap "Delete My Account" and confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, hub memberships, appointments, health questionnaire responses, physiological measurements, payment records, and notes associated with your account. This action cannot be undone and no data is retained after deletion.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access the app, contact us from the email address registered to your account to request deletion: appnaptar@gmail.com
