Naptar Terms of Use

1. Description of the Service
Naptar is a mobile app that enables personal trainers (coaches) to manage appointments, measurements, notes, and payment tracking with their members. Naptar is not a workout/exercise program app and does not provide medical advice.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering and for the security of your account (including not sharing your password with anyone). You may be held responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Coach-Member Relationship
Naptar is not a party to the commercial/contractual relationship between a coach and a member — it only provides a tool to manage that relationship. Matters such as the quality of coaching services, session fees, and cancellation policies are entirely governed by the agreement between the coach and the member.
4. Health Information and Health Questionnaire
You are responsible for the accuracy of the health/physical activity readiness (health questionnaire) information you enter in the app. Naptar is only a tool for sharing this information with your coach — it does not perform medical evaluation. If you have a serious health condition, or before starting any new exercise program, you should always consult a doctor.
5. Payment Records
Payment records within the app are simple notes kept by the coach for their own income tracking — Naptar is not a payment processor, and no actual money transfer takes place through the app.
6. Intellectual Property
The Naptar app, its logo, and its content belong to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Naptar provides the service "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Naptar is not liable for damages arising from disputes between a coach and a member, incorrectly entered data, or temporary service interruptions.
8. Termination of Account
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Your account may be suspended or terminated if usage in violation of these terms is detected.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified within the app of any significant changes.
