Naptar Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. Who We Are
Naptar is a mobile app that personal trainers (coaches) use to manage appointments, measurements, notes, and payment tracking for their members. This document explains what data is collected while using the app and how it is used.
2. Data We Collect
When creating an account: full name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google/Apple) the basic profile information shared by that account.
Depending on the hub you join as a member: your health questionnaire (physical activity readiness) answers, physiological profile information such as height/weight/age, notes your coach keeps about you, your appointment history, and payment records entered by your coach.
This data is entered directly by you or your coach — we do not perform automatic location tracking or advertising-based tracking.
3. How We Use Data
All data is used solely to provide the app's core functionality: managing the coach-member relationship, coordinating appointments, sharing progress/health information with the relevant coach, and giving you access to your account. We do not sell your data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for advertising.
4. Who We Share Data With
Our infrastructure provider that hosts and processes the data is Supabase (database, authentication, file storage). If you sign in with Google or Apple, authentication takes place through those services. When you join a hub as a member, your health/measurement/note data is shared only with that hub's coach — other members or coaches from different hubs cannot access this data.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
When you delete your account, the personal data tied to it (profile, measurements, notes, health form answers) is permanently deleted. For details, see Settings → Delete Account.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Most information (profile, measurements) can be edited directly within the app; account deletion can also be done from within the app.
7. Children's Privacy
Naptar is not directed at children. Users under 18 should use the app with the consent of a parent or guardian.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. You will be notified within the app of any significant changes.
